Hello everyone, so always interesting to sniff there. But even in the difficult situation, they introduced the click and colect and I was really surprised how well it works. Sure, you need a little patience, but otherwise without any problems.
Prices and selection are very good. The reaction through Click & Collect to the current Covid situation is very creative and works great.

Pick and click is the last here. Hotline manned for hours. Bad service. Completely overwhelmed.
Waited 2+ hours to get my stuff while having to pay 10 extra euros for them to have revenue during lock down.
Absolutely amazing how well you have solved this during this time, not the last time you ordered and picked it up there πβ€οΈ
Instead of being happy that the government approves a pickup and customers keep coming and buying, you go there and charge a β¬ 10 pickup fee! Every hardware store offers a free pick-up. In some shops you can even pay on site. Unfortunately, none of this is possible here. It's not like all the companies get compensation!

In the past: I ran through IKEA, I picked up the goods from the self-service shelves or at the end, put together by an employee, from the warehouse. So far so good. Today: Close down, Corona and so on, you know. Now comes the kicker! Although I hold the bar at IKEA and want to use click & collect online, I am now allowed to pay β¬ 10 as a reward at the end for what is probably the same employee who still collects the items from the warehouse. Huh? Find the mistake, I can fix myself. No, thanks! I don't think ripping off loyal customers is an intelligent business idea ...
I'm one of the crazy people who apparently won't survive the pandemic without IKEA and have already used the Click & Collect service 3 times (1x in the first and 2x in the second lockdown). The first two times were during the week and it worked out great and quickly (max. 15 minutes waiting time). The 3rd time was on a Saturday and it was a typical IKEA Saturday: it was full! It took us almost 3 hours to get up and across the parking lot to leave with the goods. That just happens when, as a retailer, you don't get your neck full enough and in the one-hour time window, significantly more customers come than you can actually serve. Result: The police had to regulate the traffic on the access road. Despite the chaos, the staff was very friendly and some of them brought the shopping carts right up to the car, as the pick-up points were no longer sufficient. The planning was simply bad. So if possible, plan a pick-up during the week. And, dear people, maybe not just use this service for a flower pot and 100 tea lights.
I am actually quite disappointed, I wanted to buy a new bed, I also have a voucher worth β¬ 400 that cannot be redeemed. Payment via Google pay does not work either. I don't get a clear answer from customer service. Great service wow ...
Despite the pandemic and on Saturdays, Click and Collect was really quick and well prepared. Little waiting time in the parking lot, good signage and, despite the requirement to keep a distance, accessible staff for queries. Everyone has to improvise at the moment, the employees at Ikea Duisburg have succeeded very well and I am happy to leave a good rating.
Click & Collect worked really well. Goods have been packed together you get a beeper and wait, shortly afterwards the goods are brought to the assigned pick-up number and you can invite them without problems. Well done in times of Corona.
The products are very inexpensive and are also very practical and beautiful. Unfortunately, it is always too full, so that it takes hours. It takes a long time to look for customer advisors. And as soon as you ask for the exit, you will be shown the extended path. A lousy scam to encourage customers to continue buying.
All employees wear masks, distances are observed. Unfortunately badly organized, mega-queue, waited 1 hour despite the time window. Unfriendly, annoyed employee at the reception. Perhaps the lady should be brought closer to customer friendliness. The lady at the issue very nice. Unfortunately, Ikea seems overwhelmed.

Above average stock levels, purchasing can be slow at times but nothing too bad and returns are easy too
I was sold the wrong kitchen cabinet and complained the second time. Then I got the same wrong cabinet named again. For a high-quality kitchen, a real kitchen studio is perhaps the better decision after all !?
Lots of people there on a Saturday even in heavy COVID time. Store was normal and orderly. Only complaint is they haven't found a way to speed up the take away food line at the end. My family left hungry and thirsty.
Big IKEA branch with nice staff. The only problem is that, it's a bit hard to reach without a car.
The stocks on the internet do not match the stocks in the store. I went there for 40 minutes for free. . The seller was unhelpful and said inventory was to blame for these stocks. I have nothing in front of this answer! Outrageous store.
Classic IKEA. You get what you expect. When we picked up the furniture, we received a very friendly welcome and everything went very quickly and easily. You just have to like it. As with all IKEAs, the price / performance ratio is mostly good to very good

You don't really want to buy anything because you think the apartment is ready. And then you stand in there and are completely re-inspired. Every time π but always happy to be there, very friendly and helpful staff π

The furniture I've bought so far is great. But something is always missing, which is a shame. What annoys me, too, is that you only want to buy a certain part and you run the whole market.

Even during corona it is very busy and people are not sticking to the one way routes and mostly not keeping distance. When I was there on a Monday afternoon the queues were quite long.

Excellent! The restaurant was very well organized in terms of covid precautions, congrats!
As always, it was very nice at Ikea. The example rooms are designed with attention to detail. Paying worked wonderfully. Unfortunately, the two women needed about 10 minutes (sometimes 20 minutes) for customer service / exchange per customer, so you had to wait a long time if you had 10 people in front of you. All other counters were unoccupied on a Saturday morning. You couldn't go in directly as usual if you wanted to exchange something, but still had to queue up outside. I didn't understand that because you had to queue for 40 minutes inside. It would be better, as before (when Corona was already there), to let people in, who only want to exchange them, at the entrance from the side. Therefore a star deduction. In the business itself nobody pays attention to the correct safety distance - neither customers nor employees - which is a shame. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. When exchanging, at the cash register and also at the snack stand. For that I would like to give 10 stars. :)

Way better IKEA than the one in Essen! Calmer, cleaner, easier to park.
Very friendly staff who will understand you if you don't speak German π©πͺπ©πͺ.The food is nice and the prices are goodπ², same as the overall experience.
